Over the past 23 years, Beth Ziff has honed her customer service skills in a variety of industries including telecommunications, aviation, retail and financial services. She has extensive experience creating and managing call centers and quality teams. Beth is a founder of Customer Care Advantage, a company that provides medical professionals with the prescription for achieving customer service health and wellness.
Beth is a past Chairman of SOCAP International, an association designed to educate and enhance awareness of customer service professionals; as well as to foster and maintain the integrity of business in consumer dealings. Beth has conducted workshops and has been a panelist at several SOCAP conferences.
Beth holds a B.S. degree in Mass Communications and Speech from Emerson College.
Beth also serves as Vice Chair of the board of Directors of the York Street Project, a group dedicated to helping women and children step out of poverty. She has been a mentor for executive women in the Women Unlimited program for the past 5 years.
