Throughout her career, CJ has helped Fortune 500 companies achieve their corporate goals by utilizing her talents in consumer affairs, events management, marketing, public relations, science and technology. CJ most recently co-founded Customer Care Advantage a company that provides medical professionals with the prescription for achieving customer service health and wellness. In 1995, CJ created Stafford Communications, which specializes in consumer affairs consulting and program development and tradeshow and event management. Her expertise includes call center start-up and expansion, issues management and utilizing her strong scientific background to develop consumer communications programs for healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. She has extensive experience developing and executing training programs dealing with quality, teams, and customer service.
CJ holds M.S. and B.S. Degrees in Biology and Genetics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She was the 1997 President of the NY/Metro Chapter of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Business and still serves as an advisor on the Board of Directors. |
